We explained our concerns in great detail and feel that they are only coming up with excuses and not actually fixing the problem. We mentioned the traffic being a issue,parent pick up line only being able to fit 40 vehicles but they need room for about 150 more. The reply back from them is that approximately 20% of the students will be staying after school for activities but out of that 20% some of the student would have been student drivers or riding the bus. Its not going to make a huge difference in the amount of kids being picked up after school. The Pact team also said they have room for the parent pickup line on the west and northwest side of the building but again,we don't see that! The sound is still going to be a issue for surrounding residents as well as the light.Also,the retention pond is not based off a 100 year flood and will still cause negative impacts to the residents to the North and could result in legal action.All these things need to be fixed before this project should move forward. They won't admit its a problem so, its not being fixed! They need to make some big modifications to this property to make it work for everyone and not resulting in negative unsafe impacts to the residents living in the area! Thanks, Amanda Patrow
