ARTICLE XI <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Section 11.1 Term of the Loan Agreement. This Loan Agreement shall remain in full <br /> force and effect from the date hereof to and including such time as all of the Bonds and the fees <br /> and expenses of the Issuer, the Trustee and any paying agents shall have been fully paid or <br /> provision made for such payments, whichever is later, provided that this Loan Agreement may be <br /> terminated prior to such date if the Company shall exercise its option under Section 10.1 or Section <br /> 10.2 of this Loan Agreement to prepay the amounts payable under this Loan Agreement. <br /> Section 11.2 Notices.
