any manner any liability of the Mortgagor: (i) accept partial payment of, compromise, <br /> settle, renew, extend the time for payment or performance of, or refuse to enforce any of <br /> the Indenture,the Loan Agreement,or any Security Agreement under or in connection with <br /> this Mortgage; (ii) grant any indulgence or forbearance to the Charter School or any other <br /> person under or in connection with any or all of the Security Agreements; (iii) release, <br /> waive, substitute, change, exchange or add any or all collateral securing payment of the <br /> Bonds, the Indenture, or the Loan Agreement or any amounts securing the Lease; (iv) <br /> release, waive, substitute change, exchange or add any one (1) or more endorsers or <br /> guarantors of any or all of the Indenture, Loan Agreement, or any Security Agreement; and <br /> (v) exercise any right or remedy with respect to the Indenture, Loan Agreement, any <br /> Security Agreement, or any collateral securing the Bonds, notwithstanding any effect on <br /> or impairment of the Mortgagor's subrogation, reimbursement, or other rights against any <br /> Person under or in connection with any or all of the Indenture and the Loan Agreement. <br /> (The remainder of this page is intentionally left blank.) <br /> 13 <br /> 73092175v4 <br />
