This Mortgage may be simultaneously executed in several <br /> counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute but one and the <br /> same instrument. <br /> Section 5.9 Notices. All notices, certificates or other communication required to be <br /> given to the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee in accordance with the provisions of the Mortgage shall <br /> be given to those parties at the addresses set forth in Section 5.7 hereof or at such other addresses <br /> as the parties may direct by written notice to each other. <br /> Section 5.10 Assignment. The obligations of the Mortgagor under this Mortgage may <br /> be assigned to the transferee upon a transfer permitted under Section 8.1 of the Loan Agreement. <br /> Section 5.11 Additional Covenants. The Mortgagor hereby covenants and agrees well <br /> and truly to abide by, perform and be governed and restricted by each and all of the matters <br /> provided for by the Loan Agreement and the Indenture and so incorporated herein to the same <br /> extent and with the same force and effect as if each and all of said representations, warranties, <br /> terms, provisions, restrictions, covenants, and agreements so incorporated hereby by reference <br /> were set out and repeated herein at length.
