Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-153 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PERPETUAL DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH PSD, LLC FOR RIVERDALE DRIVE EXTENSION, LLAMA <br /> STREET TO BOWERS DRIVE, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #20-05 <br /> WHEREAS, to construct the trunk watermain loop between Riverdale Drive and Bunker <br /> Lake Boulevard as proposed with Improvement Project 420-05,the City must acquire a perpetual <br /> drainage and utility easement over, under and across that part of the east 15.00 feet of the west <br /> 65.00 feet of OUTLOT A, BUNKER LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK THIRD ADDITION, <br /> according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the north 10.00 feet and <br /> southwesterly 10.00 feet of said OUTLOT A, all measured at right angles to the north, west and <br /> southwesterly lines of said OUTLOT A; and <br /> WHEREAS, PSD, LLC executed said perpetual drainage and utility easement agreement <br /> on June 27, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS, upon City Council approval, said easement agreement will be recored with <br /> Anoka County. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the perpetual drainage and utility easement <br /> agreement executed by PSD, LLC on June 27, 2022, and authorizes the City Engineer to <br /> record the easement agreement with Anoka County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br />
