<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-144 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTED SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC COUNT <br />UPDATES IN COR AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is marketing the sale of land in the COR for development; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Developers use traffic counts to help determine if a site has viability for <br />development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the last traffic counts done in the COR were in 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The EDA Reviewed the proposal from Bolton and Menk to update traffic <br />counts at the June 9, 2022 meeting and unanimously recommended that the City Council move <br />forward with the proposal. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City Council authorize contracting services from Bolton and Menk to update traffic <br />counts in an amount not to exceed $10,580 and to use fund 9230-6246 (Marketing and <br />Promotions) to pay for proposal. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
