<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-150 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR AUTUMN HEIGHTS STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #22-02 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Autumn Heights Subdivision; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #21-194, adopted July 13, 2021, <br />the City Council ordered the City Engineer to request proposals for Topographic Survey, <br />Geotechnical Evaluations and Utility Testing for proposed 2022 Pavement Management Program <br />projects, including IP 22-02 Autumn Heights Subdivision; and <br /> <br />th <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #21-224, adopted August 8, <br />2021, the City Council awarded a proposal to Hakanson Anderson for Topographic Survey, and <br />Haugo Geotechnical Services for a geotechnical report of the project area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #21-300, adopted October 26, <br />2021, City staff has received and reviewed the Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Evaluations <br />and has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising for bids for same <br />improvements. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br />advertising for bids for the same improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by the <br />City Engineer for the making of such improvements and authorizes the advertisement of <br />bids for the same improvements as City Improvement Project #22-02, Autumn Heights <br />Street Reconstructions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br /> <br />
