Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-166 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN <br />FOR A WATER TREATMENT FACITLIY <br />RECITALS <br />1. The City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee", has properly applied for <br />Site Plan approval for a new Water Treatment Facility on the property generally known as <br />14199 Jaspar St NW and legally described as follows: <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1 BURY AND CARLSON ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />("Subject Property") <br />2. That the Permittee is the fee owner of the Subject Property. <br />3. That the Permittee shall complete a subdivision to create a separate parcel for the Water <br />Treatment Facility. <br />4. That the Subject Property is zoned E-2 Employment District and is guided as Business Park <br />in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. <br />5. That Governmental and Public Utility Buildings and Structures are a permitted use in the <br />E-2 Employment District. <br />6. That the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan on July 28, 2022, and recommended <br />approval. <br />7. That the City Council reviewed the Site Plan on August 9, 2022. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Site Plan for the Water Treatment <br />Facility on the Subject Property contingent upon the following conditions: <br />CONDITIONS <br />1. That the Permittee complete a subdivision to create a separate parcel for the Water <br />Treatment Facility. <br />2. Compliance with Staff review comments. <br />3. That a separate building permit and sign permits are required. <br />
