<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-154 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPLACEMENT COUNCILMEMBER LIAISON TO <br />THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember Ryan Heineman is currently serving as the liaison to the <br />Park and Recreation Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember Heineman’s attendance capabilities have changed for the <br />remainder of 2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember Debra Musgrove was selected, by City Council consensus, <br />to serve in Councilmember Heineman’s place through December 31, 2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember Chris Riley was selected, by City Council consensus, to <br />serve as the alternate if Councilmember Debra Musgrove is not available. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Motion to adopt resolution #22-154 to appoint Councilmember Debra Musgrove as <br />Liaison to the Parks and Recreation Commission, and to appoint Councilmember Chris <br />Riley as the alternate, effectively immediately, through December 31, 2022. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
