WHEREAS, on May 26, 2022, the Planning Commission approved a variance to parking <br />and maneuvering setbacks and tabled action on the Preliminary Plat and Site Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 23, 2022, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Site Plan and Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Site Plan, Preliminary Plat, <br />and Final Plat for PACT Addition and PACT Charter School in accordance with relevant <br />City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Compliance with the Staff Review Comments. <br />b. Final approval by City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />c. Development of the site shall be in substantial conformance with final plans <br />approved by City Staff. The principal structure of the school facility may be <br />constructed in phases. <br />d. Permit(s) issuance by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management <br />Organization. <br />e. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />f. Submission of a deed to the City for the Park parcel. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-125 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
