NOTICES.Notices permitted or required by this Agreement must be in writing and <br /> shall be deemed given when delivered in legible form to the party to whom addressed. <br /> Notices may be sent by certified mail or e-mail. Notices are effective two business days <br /> after they are mailed via certified mail, return receipt requested or, if sent by email, upon <br /> email transmission (provided that any email transmission that occurs after 5:00 pm <br /> Central Time will be deemed provided on the following day). CLOSING. This transaction shall close within 30 days after Buyer delivers a Notice to <br /> Proceed to Seller or on such earlier date as Seller and Buyer may establish by mutual, <br /> written agreement; provided, however,Buyer may extend the Closing a total of two (2) <br /> times, each time for a period of sixty(60) days, by depositing an additional One <br /> Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000.00) earnest money with Escrow Agent for each <br /> extension.
