Councilmember Musgrove agreed. <br />City Administrator Hagen replied it has been put in a number of other places as well such as <br />Facebook but this would be brightly colored and hopefully not missed by residents. <br />Mayor Kuzma announced the concerts on Thursday. <br />9.
