Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-180 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EARLY TERMINATION OF LEASE WITH TODD <br />BIALON (EZ AUTO) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey (the "Landlord" has entered into a lease with Todd Bialon <br />(the "Tenant") dated October 24, 2018 (the "Lease"); and <br />WHEREAS, leased property is described as: <br />Parcel 1 — PIN 28-32-25-31-0020 <br />Parcel 2 — PIN 28-32-25-31-0007 <br />The legal descriptions for Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 are as set forth in Anoka County <br />property records. To the extent those records conflict with the legal descriptions in <br />the Lease Data Sheet for Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, the property records control. <br />;and <br />WHEREAS, Section 2, Term: Early Termination permits the Landlord the right to <br />terminate this Lease without cause at any time with one year's written notice; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has requested the Landlord to issue a notice of termination as <br />referenced in Section 2 of the Lease. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorize the City Administrator, or designee to provide <br />written notice to Tenant for Early Termination of the Lease between The City of Ramsey <br />and Todd Bialon dated October 24, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
