The letting <br />(bid opening) date was July 29, 2022. The tabulation shows that the apparent low bidder is Douglas -Kerr <br />Underground, LLC at $2,342,102.66 which is 0.20% under the engineer's estimate of $2,346,670.50 for the total <br />project. In addition, I have verified that Douglas -Kerr Underground, LLC has not employed more than 40 full- <br />time employees on a single working day in Minnesota within the previous 12 months. Therefore, is not required <br />to hold a certificate of Compliance issued by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. I have reviewed the <br />low bid price and the variance is acceptable.
