I <br />understand that the scope of our services is to provide construction staking services as needed and <br />directed. <br />Hakanson Anderson proposes to conduct this work on an hourly basis based upon the attached hourly <br />rate schedule. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Project 22-02 <br />• Office setup and coordination <br />• Stake the silt fence <br />• Stake 6 culverts <br />• Stake drain tile <br />• Grade stakes for 600 feet of subgrade excavation <br />• Blue top centerline <br />• Stake edge of pavement for 169th cul-de-sac <br />• Stake curb and gutter <br />Hourly not to Exceed $10,840.00 <br />➢ As -built Surveys are not included in this estimate <br />The above stated hourly amount is based on survey control points being found in place, electronic <br />files of necessary construction documents being available for our use and a one-time staking per item. <br />Significant re -staking and services provided in addition to those proposed will be billed hourly per <br />our standard fee schedule. <br />To better serve you, we request that final plans and specifications for new projects arrive in our office <br />a minimum of five working days before staking is needed on site. After staking has started on site, a <br />two to three-day notice for return visits is requested. It is the contractor's responsibility to provide <br />shop drawings or updated plans when applicable. <br />If this proposal meets with your approval, please sign the acceptance below and return a copy to our <br />office.
