My friend (and neighbor, Duane Gerdes and I are contacting <br />you and others in the area around 'Emerald Pond Park for something we have proposed to the FIOMSe.y <br />Parks i nd Recreation Department, They Ihave asked us to contact people in the neighborhood to <br />introduce our plans and find out what your thoughts are a out what we would like to see at the park, <br />We would like have a portion of the park developed into a remote control ORO electric car track that <br />would be available for our local community to use. ,Electric RC ears are a great pastime for boys and girls, <br />men and women of all ages, It's a wonderful family hobby„ I work at the King Kong Hobby store between <br />Aurelius and Willy McCoy's ond see the popularity and enjoyment that our customers have with thleir <br />cars. <br />We would lik to have a small track in our community, limited to electric cars only to keep the noise <br />down„ "h'lher®e ore cars that run on nitro, but they are pretty noisy. We don't want this to be a, <br />disturbance, but a joy for ail to use. <br />Below is a map that shows what we have in mind.
