A topsoil inspection is required BEFORE establishing permanent vegetation. --------- 0 Replies--------- 4 - Landscape Requirements Created by: Chris Anderson On: 08/04/2022 08:44 AM Base landscape requirements include 1 tree per each 1,000 square feet of building footprint or 1 tree per 50 linear feet of site perimeter, whichever is greater; 1 shrub per each 300 sq. ft. of building footprint or 1 shrub per 30 linear feet of site perimeter, whichever is greater; 1 tree for each 10 parking stalls. Of this required landscaping, there should be trees planted just inside the property boundary along road frontages, at 35 feet on center. Additionally, a bufferyard is required along the eastern boundary (abuts existing residential).
