Seeking <br />one (1) individual to assist our Parks staff with general <br />maintenance of City -owned parks and trail systems. This is a <br />temporary full-time AFSCME union position lasting up to 7- <br />months. Responsibilities include all aspects of parks <br />maintenance, construction of new facilities and the operation <br />of equipment while working in a variety of weather conditions. <br />This individual also assists staff with several City events. All <br />candidates must be at least 18 years old or older and <br />possess a valid MN commercial driver's license (Class A or <br />B) with both air brake and tanker endorsements. This is a <br />temporary full-time AFSCME union position subject to DOT <br />random drug and alcohol testing, working forty (40) hours per <br />week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. This <br />position will not lead to regular employment at the conclusion <br />of the season. The 2022 wage is $19.511 per hour. <br />Application period is open until filled. Seeking a number of <br />individuals to work alongside of our Public Works staff with <br />the general maintenance of streets, park grounds, trails, <br />buildings and related facilities and equipment. These are <br />temporary, non -union positions working forty (40) hours per <br />week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. All <br />applicants must be at least 17 by June 1, 2022. The wage is <br />$13.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on qualifications. <br />Interviews will be conducted weekly. Application period is <br />open until filled.
