Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#22-098 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE TRAIL <br /> EASEMENT OVER PORTIONS OF LOT 1,BLOCK 1 BECKER ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS,on September 14,2021,the Ramey City Council approved the Final Plat(the <br /> "Plat") for BECKER ADDITION and the Site Plan for G Will Liquors; and <br /> WHEREAS,trail/sidewalk easement is needed over portions of Lot 1, Block 1 BECKER <br /> ADDITION to reserve a corridor for future installation, by the City of Ramsey, of a trail along <br /> with western boundary of the Plat and a sidewalk along the southern boundary of the Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, Trail/Sidewalk Easements have been provided to the City encumbering the <br /> western twelve(12)feet and the southern twelve(12)feet of Lot 1,Block 1 BECKER ADDITION. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail/Sidewalk <br /> Easements encumbering portions of Lot 1, Block 1 BECKER ADDITION, as shown on <br /> the attached Exhibit 1. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> i <br />
