Funding Source: <br />All costs associated with the application is the responsibility of the applicant. <br />Recommendation: <br />At its meeting on July 28, 2022, the Planning Commission recommended (6-1) to approve the proposal. Concerns <br />about noise and traffic were discussed along with different options for guiding/zoning the Green Valley Greenhouse <br />property.
