Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #22-183 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF "DAVIS FARMS SECOND ADDITION" WHEREAS, Mr. Phil Johnson, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for Sketch Plan and Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 1, Block 1, DAVIS FARMS ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota Lot 1, Block 1, HUNT ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota Lot 2, Block 1, TROTT BROOK ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota Or upon platting: Davis Farms Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the `Subject Property'); and WHEREAS, on August 23, 2022, the City Council introduced Ordinance #22-25 vacating drainage and utility easements on the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, the result of this final plat includes a lot line adjustment and lot consolidation. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of "Davis Farms Second Addition" in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a) Approval by the City Engineer; and b) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney; and c) Adoption of Ordinance 22-25 vacating all existing drainage and utility easements on the Subject Property with the intent of dedicating new revised easements on this plat. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 23rd day of August, 2022.
