Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-183 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />OF "DAVIS FARMS SECOND ADDITION" <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Phil Johnson, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for Sketch <br />Plan and Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, DAVIS FARMS ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lot 1, Block 1, HUNT ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lot 2, Block 1, TROTT BROOK ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Davis Farms Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, on August 23, 2022, the City Council introduced Ordinance #22-25 vacating <br />drainage and utility easements on the Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the result of this final plat includes a lot line adjustment and lot consolidation. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of "Davis Farms Second Addition" <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Approval by the City Engineer; and <br />b) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney; and <br />c) Adoption of Ordinance 22-25 vacating all existing drainage and utility easements on the Subject <br />Property with the intent of dedicating new revised easements on this plat. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 23rd <br />day of August, 2022. <br />
