Council Update Anderson Dahlen Expansion: Anderson Dahlen, 6850 Sunwood Dr NW, has recently completed a 75,000 SF manufacturing facility expansion at 7105 Sunwood Dr NW. Attached to the Weekly Update is the Anderson Dahlen Expansion Congratulation Letter. Come Work With Us! The City of Ramsey is hiring for the following positions: • Police Officer. The primary objective of this position is to perform responsible police work involving the protection and safety of the community through prevention and control of crime, maintaining or restoring public order, investigating crime, regulating traffic, enforcing laws and providing emergency services; as well as other related duties as required. This is a full-time LELS-Patrol union position. The 2022 hiring wage is $29.71 per hour. Interviews for those that apply by 12:00 pm on Friday. September 9. 2022 will be invited to interview on Wednesday. September 14. 2022. • Utilities Maintenance Worker. The primary objective of this position is to provide general and skilled maintenance of public water and sewer utilities. This includes annual maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software and all other components of the utility systems. Responsibilities will also include building and grounds maintenance in and around utility structures and equipment and responding to utility emergencies as necessary. This position will also be involved in snow plowing of public streets, trails and walks. This is a full-time AFSCME union position. The 2022 hiring wage is $24.389 per hour. Performs finance accounting and administrative activities, including, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This is a full-time AFSCME union position. Provides general maintenance of public streets, right-of- ways, storm sewer systems, parking lots and any other related municipal facilities or equipment; as well as snow plowing of public streets, trails and walks.
