PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing: Consider Issuance of Charter School Lease Revenue Bonds (PACT <br />Charter School) <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report. She stressed this is strictly preliminary approval <br />so they can get the application sent for deed of conduit debt and keeps the process moving but is <br />not approving anything with the school tonight. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the public hearing to order at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Heineman asked if any PACT representatives would like to come forward to give <br />context before there are questions. <br /> <br />Justin Fincher, with JV Vang, the owner’s representative for PACT Charter schools. He gave an <br />update on the progress on the project. He stated site plan review and plat review is a separate <br />process that is still in motion with the Planning Commission and Staff. He stated public hearings <br />regarding this will happen in the near future.
