<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-172 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CASH DONATION FOR DOG PARK MAINTENANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MN State Statute 465.03 requires that a city pass a resolution that accepts <br />any donations or grants and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, two-thirds majority of the council members must adopt said resolution to <br />formally accept donation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received a cash donation from Mr. John King in the <br />amount of $100; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the donation will be applied towards the dog park for maintenance activities. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the donation made by Mr. John King in the <br />amount of $100. <br /> <br />2) The donation shall be applied to general maintenance and operation of the Dog Park location <br />at Alpine Park. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
