Absent: None. <br /> 6.03: Public Hearing: Consider Grading and Excavating IUP at Ramsey Elementary <br /> School—15000 Nowthen Blvd.NW <br /> Public Hearins <br /> Chairperson Bauer called the public hearing to order at 7:22 p.m. <br /> Presentation <br /> c <br /> Planning Manager Larson presented the staff report stating that staff recommends approving <br /> Resolution #22-123 approving an Interim Use Permit for grading and excavating at 15000 <br /> Nowthen Boulevard NW and declaring terms of same. <br /> Commissioner Anderson asked for more explanation on the reference of Fred Moore. <br /> r <br /> Planning Manager Larson commented that within the rules the District would be allowed to do <br /> that. He confirmed that the water would not be flowing between those two locations. He ; <br /> commented that the District would like to provide more infiltration within its sites. <br /> Chairperson Bauer asked if that would be similar to wetlands, in that if work is being done to <br /> wetlands it can be offset with wetlands in another area. j <br /> Planning Manager Larson noted that a representative from the School District is present and could <br /> perhaps answer that question. <br /> Citizen Input <br /> it <br /> Bill Diede, Bolton and Menk, spoke in representation of the applicant.
