May 24, 2022 <br />o Preconstruction meeting scheduled for July 21 st <br />• Autumn Heights Street Reconstructions (IP #22-02) <br />• Council approved plans and authorized bids June 28, 2022 <br />• Bid opening scheduled for August 3rd <br />• 2022 Neighborhood Street Overlay Improvements (IP #22-04) <br />o Contract awarded to North Valley, Inc. May 10, 2022 <br />o Construction in progress <br />• Riverdale Drive Trunk Utility Improvements (IP #22-05) <br />• Construction of sanitary sewer lift station in progress <br />• Substantial completion anticipated August 2022 <br />• Wood Pond Hills 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th Street Reconstructions (IP #22-06) <br />o Contract awarded to North Valley, Inc. May 10, 2022 <br />o Construction in progress <br />• 2022 Pavement Rejuvenation Improvements (IP #22-09) <br />o Construction proposed for July 19th through 21 st <br />• 2022 MSA Pavement Striping Improvements (IP #22-13) <br />o Plans are being prepared in-house <br />o Council to consider awarding a construction contract August 9th <br />• 15410 Argon Street Drainage Improvements (IP #22-14) <br />• PWC denied authorizing plans and specifications June 21st <br />• Staff met with 3 different property owners on site June 23rd <br />• Staff proposes to collect survey data on three properties in July/August <br />• PWC to consider drainage improvement options August 16th <br />• Highway 47 Sound Wall north of Xkimo Street (IP #22-17) <br />o PWC received request from Xkimo Court residents October 19, 2021 <br />o PWC last reviewed costs and options May 17th <br />o PWC to consider updated costs and options August/September <br />
