Detailed life cycle cost tables are included in Appendix K. <br />The life cycle costs presented in Table 19 and Table 20 assume a 20-year financing period on <br />the capital costs with 2% interest rates and 2.75% inflation. <br />Operating the water treatment plant is not anticipated to require additional Staff.
