Highlights from the project / closing: • Existing Ramsey business that is relocating due to the Highway 10 Ramsey Gateway project. Staff has been working with Rob Twedt, the owner of Blueline Collision for the past 3 years to find a solution for this growing business. • Sales price: 200,000 ($3.12/SF) • Sales Proceeds, less administrative costs: $198,638. Commission: None. This was a City generated lead and the property was not listed by CBRE • Site plan submitted for a 12,320 SF Autobody/Repair shop at 6710 Hwy 10 NW (former adult bookstore site). Site Plan and Development Agreement approvals are still required by the City Council. A Right of Re -Entry Agreement is in place to ensure the project is completed on or before December 31, 2023.
