<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-183 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF “DAVIS FARMS SECOND <br />ADDITION” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Phil Johnson, hereafter referred to as “Applicant”, properly applied for <br />Sketch Plan and Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, DAVIS FARMS ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lot 1, Block 1, HUNT ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lot 2, Block 1, TROTT BROOK ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon platting: <br /> <br />Davis Farms Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 23, 2022, the City Council introduced Ordinance #22-25 <br />vacating drainage and utility easements on the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the result of this final plat includes a lot line adjustment and lot <br />consolidation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of “Davis Farms Second <br />Addition” in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Approval by the City Engineer; and <br />b) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney; and <br />c) Adoption of Ordinance 22-25 vacating all existing drainage and utility easements on <br />the Subject Property with the intent of dedicating new revised easements on this plat. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Specht, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />
