Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#22-092 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER A PORTION <br /> OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6700 BUNKER LAKE BOULEVARD NW <br /> WHEREAS, Tom Holker, on behalf of Illinois Avenue Holdings LLC, herein referred to as <br /> "Applicant", has applied for an administrative plat with a proposed ten (10) foot drainage and utility <br /> easement on the west, south, and east lot lines of the property generally known as 6700 Bunker Lake <br /> Blvd NW, Ramsey,Minnesota, and legally described as: <br /> UNPLATTED CITY OF RAMSEY THE S 420.51 FT AS MEAS ALONG THE W LINE OF <br /> THAT PART OF NWl/4 OF SE1/4 OF SEC 27-32-25 ANOKA CNTY, MN LYING WLY OF <br /> ANOKA CNTY HWY RT-OF-WAY PLAT NO 8,Anoka County,Minnesota i <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> WHERAS, the City Council accepted the drainage and utility easement during their regular <br /> meeting on April 26, 2022. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY,STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> i <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the Easement from the Applicant as shown in the <br /> attached Exhibit. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> I <br />
