Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Tmdgeon \ <br />Zoning & Recycling Coordinator Chris Anderson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />~.PPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />i.) GM Homes Sketch Plan <br /> <br />X~ssistant Community Development Director/HRA Executive Director. Frolik advised a sketch <br />plan has been submitted by GM Homes for 51 single 'family lots on a portion of City Hall <br />campus and adjacent properties. She reviewed the following points of discussion from Planning <br />Commission review of the sketch plan: <br /> <br />L52nd Lane: Residents were not in favor of a through street at 152nd Lane. The Planning <br />Commission recommended against the need to open 152nd Lane as a through street. <br />L52nd Avenue: Residents on the east were not in favor of a through street at 152~d <br />Avenue. The Planning Commission recommended 152~ Avenue be opened as a through <br />street, however, there is an unwilling property owner to the east that does not want to be <br />part or' this plat. <br />[{etium Street: The Planning Commission was in favor of Helium Street going through <br />to the south.
