amount of $17,793, which will help to offset the project trunk charges associated with this <br />project. In addition all property owners fronting on Ebony Street wilI be assessed for the cost of <br />the street improvements, which consist of a new wear course of bituminous and concrete curb <br />and gutter. The amount of the street assessment for each property is based upon the amount of <br />l~ront footage. Petitioning property owners are charged 100% for the cost of curb and gutter <br />while non-petitioning properties are being assessed 50% of the cost as directed by the Council in <br />the Feasibility Study. <br /> <br />Mt~yor Gamec indicated he received a call from Vincent Clemens in regards to the assessment on <br />his outlot. He inquired if outlots are assessed. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski replied Mr. Clemens' lot is classified as an outlot because it was too <br />small to be buildable until sewer or water is available; he will need to replat the outlot as a' <br />regular lot. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />i'dotion by Oouncilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
