The amount of the street assessment for each property is based upon the amount of <br />l~ront footage. Petitioning property owners are charged 100% for the cost of curb and gutter <br />while non-petitioning properties are being assessed 50% of the cost as directed by the Council in <br />the Feasibility Study. <br /> <br />Mt~yor Gamec indicated he received a call from Vincent Clemens in regards to the assessment on <br />his outlot.
