We have many homes with trailers and one even has a cotton
c~',dy trailer that sits outside. After I moved in the association sent me a letter about my cargo trailer. This blew me away but the
!mC! ;nd short of the story is someone drew a line down the middle of our development and setup a different set of rules. This
really t~psets me because we all pay the monthly fee to live their but some of the ability to store items outside. Being in a
wm~r,ichair the only way I can do the things I enjoy are with an enclosed cargo trailer. With this I have the ability to load and off
load 3n ATV or snowmobile.
FA¢iidin9 this garage is the last thing I want to spend my money on. If the city turns down this request I will have to put it on the
sidr~ 3f my house and deal with the association. I want to do the right thing and cover up this trailer.

'1 h,, ~:,roposal was approved by the association. Allen Skoquist and Dustin Shwake live next door to me and they were 2 of the
r.;a~ ti~::~ that approved the plan. I have attached a picture of the approved plan for your review. Allen has even offered to help do
~h~: m~ncrete work with his company. Attached are pictures of the approved plan.

'i i~i<s for your consideration.

43
