Councilmember XXXXX introduced the follo'~ing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-11-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR MOTOR VEHICLE SALES WITH OUTDOOR DISPLAY IN THE E-2 <br />EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br />permit <br />for the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lumax, LLC (Permittee) has properly applied for a conditional use <br />for sales and outdoor display of vehicles, in accordance with Section 9.20.22 of City Code <br />property generally known as 6246 Highway 10, NW, and legally described as <br /> <br />Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision #96, Except Road Subject to Easement of Record, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 3, 2005, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council denial of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #XXXX, <br />sales and outdoor display tbr the <br />herebydenied. <br /> <br />a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) for motor vehicle <br />subject property as established in City Code, is <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />XXXXX, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day of November, 2005. <br /> <br />58 <br /> <br /> <br />
