Minor changes <br />were made to the utility section due to the restrictiveness of construction techniques. He <br />explained another reason to bring these templates forward is that there was significant discussion <br />last year in regards to snowmobile use in any of these easements. There have been past discussions <br />with thc Anoka Hennepin School District concerning the future of a possible middle school. As <br />part o t' those discussions, staff has been in communications with the School District concerning <br />the needs of a potential middle school site.
