They will not have to wait additional time for City staff to review <br />permits, route permits, contact the applicant and other staff regarding corrections, etc. Ultimately, the property owner <br />would save the cost of the permit and complete the project at their convenience. <br />If the project is not done correctly, and Staff is made aware of the situation, then the code enforcement process would be <br />initiated. This process already occurs if a project isn't completed according to plan. <br />
