Motion by Councilmember Heineman, seconded by Councilmember Specht, to Adopt Resolution <br />#22-201 ordering plans and specifications for Improvement Project #23-04, 167th Avenue <br />Reconstruction. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Councilmember Howell aye <br />Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br />Councilmember Heineman aye <br />Mayor Kuzma aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.06: Adopt Ordinance #22-23 Amending Section 117-57 - Nonconforming Structures and <br />Land Use <br />Planning Manager Larson reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember Musgrove stated this is her first time hearing the case, but she loves that Anoka <br />County had brought this to the Council's attention and Staff has acted on it. She thinks this is a <br />better policy for the residents.
