PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION PROVISIONS The interim final rule included several sections that described the processes and requirements for administering the program on an ongoing basis, specifically: distribution of funds, transfer of funds, use of funds for program administration, reporting on the use of funds, and remediation and recoupment of funds used for ineligible purposes.
