All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the <br />proposed requests. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for <br />Blue Line Collision to move locations and continue automotive repair operations, and an <br />Easement Vacation to vacate a portion of a drainage and utility easement on the property <br />generally known as 6710 Highway 10 NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lots 1 & 3, Riverside West Rearrangement (subject to easement as shown on plat), <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
