city of <br />f <br />RAMSEY <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW • Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City Hall: 763.427.1410 • Fax: 763.427.5543 <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROJECT 22-106: BLUE LINE COLLISION <br />EASEMENT VACATION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />September 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN <br />55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for an Easement Vacation related to a Site Plan and <br />Conditional Use Permit request for Blue Line Collision to vacate a portion of a drainage and utility <br />easement on the property generally known as 6710 Highway 10 NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lots 1 & 3, Riverside West Rearrangement (subject to easement as shown on plat), Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br />The easement to be vacated is legally described as follows: <br />The eastern 10 feet, except the northern 10 feet and southern 10 feet, Lot 4, Block 1, <br />Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
