7. All vehicles and trailers stored within the fenced area must be related to a business entity <br />occupying the building and properly licensed. <br />8. Outdoor storage of materials or debris is not authorized by this interim use permit. <br />9. Screening in the form of landscaping is required along the inside of the south -facing fences. <br />10.
