Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-226 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2023 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2023 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $13,088,820 <br />Licenses and Permits 699,400 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 696,700 <br />Charges for Services 622,300 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 50,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 25,000 <br />Miscellaneous 15,750 <br />Other Financing Sources 1,829,3 83 <br />Total Revenues $17,027,353 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 4,203,044 <br />Public Safety 8,166,229 <br />Public Works 2,871,571 <br />Parks and Recreation 1,661,536 <br />Contingency 18,600 <br />Other Financing Uses 106,373 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 17,027,353 <br />2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Friday, September 30, 2022. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
