Member Johnson stated that if a food truck is becoming more successful and would like to move <br /> to a brick-and-mortar space, perhaps there is something that could be done to help with that <br /> transition. <br /> Economic Development Manager Sullivan reviewed some of the current incentives that could be <br /> utilized for a restaurant. He noted that staff is looking at additional policies that could also be used <br /> as an incentive.
