CC Regular Session 5. 10. <br />Meeting Date: 10/ 11 /2022 <br />By: Brian McCann, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #22-223 Approving the Development Agreement for Lil Explorers <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to review a request from Lil Explorers (the "Applicant") for a development agreement <br />associated with a perviously approved Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit (Council approved 9/13/2022). This <br />is the standard last step in the development process. The Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit met all City Code <br />requirements, and the attached Development Agreement template is the City's standard template, which has been <br />reviewed by the City's Attorney.
