Ramsey Fire Monthly Reports <br /> <br />'l'hc Ibllowing pages are the format that will be used to communicate key information <br />Ii'om the fire department on a monthly basis. The information includes: <br /> <br />Incident Calls: <br />ri'hose arc calls dispatched through the 911 system, they are broken down between fire <br />related calls (fires: structures, vehicles, wild land, contents, carbon monoxide alarms, etc. <br />and Rcscue: vehicle accidents, etc) <br /> <br />Auto Aid Response: <br />Going on 2 years Ramsey has participated in an Auto Aid dispatch. In short this means if <br />thcrc is a confirmed structure fire in the cities ofAnoka, Andover, Ramsey or Oak Grove <br />Monday-Friday between the hours of 5am and 5pm all 4 depts, are paged out at the same <br />lime. <br /> <br />Duty Officer Response: <br />I:or almost 2 years Ramsey Fire has implemented a Duty Officer Response. For calls <br />.such as illegal burning, some alarm calls, calls for information, and general low priority <br />calls, only one person responds as a duty officer. Of course this person can upgrade any <br />call t() a full dcpt response at anytime. <br /> <br />Bm-us Township Responses: <br />All responses to Burns are contained in this portion. A list of the charges will be included <br />later itl tile report. <br /> <br />Training: <br />A table of the training completed during the reported time includes the date, training <br />topic and who provided the training. <br /> <br />Response Graph: <br />A graph showing the month to month responses will also be included. <br /> <br />'Ibis should assist in understanding the activity within the fire dept on an on-going basis. <br />It' any t'urther information or details are needed, please call Dean or Franny McNallan <br />(427-4452). <br /> <br /> <br />
