We have many homes with trailers and one even has a cotton
ca~dy trailer that sits outside. After I moved in the association sent me a letter about my cargo trailer. This blew me away but the
int,.q ;~nd short of the story is someone drew a line down the middle of our development and setup a different set of rules. This
rea!ly ~psets me because we all pay the monthly fee to live their but some of the ability to store items outside. Being in a
whoelchair the only way I can do the things I enjoy are with an enclosed cargo trailer. With this I have the ability to load and off
load ~m A i-\/or snowmobile.
Buiidh~g this garage is the last thing I want to spend my money on. If the city turns down this request I will have to put it on the
side a~ my house and deal with the association. I want to do the right thing and cover up this trailer.

ihe ixoposal was approved by the association. Allen Skoquist and Dustin Shwake live next door to me and they were 2 of the
pattie:; that approved the plan. I have attached a picture of the approved.plan for your review. Allen has even offered to help do
tl~: <;r~crr~-te work with his company. Attached are pictures of the approved plan. '

i'ha~l~.:_:- for your consideration.

ir,?/ ~ i~QrlOrSOR
