~,;o un cihnem bet introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />T(} EXCEED ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE RESTRICTIONS AT 9501 <br />INVERNESS LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECLARING TERMS <br />OlC SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Troy and Jennifer Stenerson (Permittee) have properly applied for a <br />t;onditional use permit to exceed the accessory building square footage restrictions established in <br />:-;ection 9.11.02 "Accessory Uses" of City Code on the property generally known as 9501 <br />Inverness Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />l,ot 2, Block 1 Northfork Highlands 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(S ubj ect Property) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 3, 2005, conducted the <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the accessory <br />building square footage restriction for said property as established in City Code, is hereby <br />granted to Troy and Je~mifer Stenerson, hereinafter referred to as the "PermitXee" <br /> <br />~l'hat the new accessory building shall not exceed 1,200 square feet and the total accessory <br />buildi, ng space on the subject property shall not exceed 2,284 square feet. <br /> <br />That thc sidewall height of the new accessory building shall not exceed ten (10) feet. <br /> <br />'['hat the mean gable height of the new accessory building shall not exceed twenty-two (22) <br />f'ect. <br /> <br />5. That thc new accessory building shall be limited to a single story. <br /> <br />ri. That the construction of the detached accessory building on the Subject Property shall require <br /> issuance ol! a building permit from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />~l'hat thc accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with <br />~11 applicable International Building Codes and local zoning regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />
