~,;o un cihnem bet introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-11- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT T(} EXCEED ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE RESTRICTIONS AT 9501 INVERNESS LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECLARING TERMS OlC SAME: WHEREAS, Troy and Jennifer Stenerson (Permittee) have properly applied for a t;onditional use permit to exceed the accessory building square footage restrictions established in :-;ection 9.11.02 "Accessory Uses" of City Code on the property generally known as 9501 Inverness Lane NW and legally described as follows: l,ot 2, Block 1 Northfork Highlands 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (S ubj ect Property) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 3, 2005, conducted the hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the accessory building square footage restriction for said property as established in City Code, is hereby granted to Troy and Je~mifer Stenerson, hereinafter referred to as the "PermitXee" ~l'hat the new accessory building shall not exceed 1,200 square feet and the total accessory buildi, ng space on the subject property shall not exceed 2,284 square feet. That thc sidewall height of the new accessory building shall not exceed ten (10) feet. '['hat the mean gable height of the new accessory building shall not exceed twenty-two (22) f'ect. 5. That thc new accessory building shall be limited to a single story. ri. That the construction of the detached accessory building on the Subject Property shall require issuance ol! a building permit from the City of Ramsey. ~l'hat thc accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with ~11 applicable International Building Codes and local zoning regulations.
