The initial site plan tbr the existing building was subject to the approval of the Busil~ess <br />Park 95 Architectural Review Board, which is now abolished. However, the site plan for <br />thc expansion does meet all of the reqtiirements set forth in the Business Park 95 <br />Covenants, established September 28, 1995. <br /> <br />Rccomlnendation: <br /> <br />Thc Planning Commission reviewed the site plan on November 3, 2005 and <br />recommended the City Council approve the proposed site plan. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by Councilmember to <br />approve the site plan for Dyna-Plast upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated <br />October 28, 2005. <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by Councilmember <br />deny the site plan fbr Dyna-Plast. <br /> <br />~to <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Asst.
