CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATES / DYNA PLAST <br /> <br /> November 7, 2005, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Industrial Associates, ("Permittee") to construct a 5,760 square foot manufacturing addition <br />(%trucmre") on the property, which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />L()t ~, Block 1, Business Park 95, 6th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />arc as fbllows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. Ali building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by BDH & Young Space Design, dated September <br />3O, 2005. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer and in accordance with the Drainage Calculations prepared by <br />I [akanson Anderson Associates, dated October 7, 2005. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />[bllowing site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with <br /> the Site Plan. <br />b. installation and removal of temporary erosion control measures. <br />c. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the approved Landscape Plan <br /> prepared by BDH & Young Space Design, dated September 30, 2005. <br /> <br />(" Required hnprovements)". <br /> <br />FI RE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact locatiOn of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />7. I,iGHTING. Lighting shall be installed on the site in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material as listed on the Building Elevations prepared by BDH & Young Space Design, <br />dated September 30, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />
