CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />LINKS AT NORTHFORK GC, LLC <br /> <br />On Nc;vcmber 7, 2005, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Links <br />att Northfork GC, LLC, ("Permit-tee") to construct a 1,866 square foot clubhouse addition <br />(i"Structure") on the property, which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Add, Anoka County, Minnesota; ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />~_~rc~ as lbllows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE.. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be sited and constructed on the site as <br />drawn on the Original Site Plan and on the building elevation plan prepared by I&S <br />Engineers & Architects, dated September 12, 2005. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />[',.~llowing site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />h~cation as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. l-~stablishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with <br /> the Site Plan. <br />b. installation and removal of temporary erosion control measures. <br />c. installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the City Staff review letter <br /> dated October 28, 2005. <br /> <br />("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />6. LIGHTING. Lighting shall be installed on the site in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />!~ UILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material as listed on the Building Elevations prepared by I&S Engineers & Architects, <br />h-~c, dated September 12, 2005. <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT. No building permit for the Site will <br />be issued until the permittee has: a) signed and returned this Development Permit; b) the <br />City has received the required financial surety and fees; <br /> <br /> <br />
